From a Shop in Dwarka to Software Across India

AK Computer runs from the 1st floor of Shreeji Shopping Center, near City Palace Hotel in Dwarka — the temple town on Gujarat's western coast. For years we did what every good computer shop does: sold and repaired computers, installed CCTV, laid office networks and signed AMC contracts. Sitting across the counter from shopkeepers, restaurant owners, priests and ISP operators taught us exactly where technology fails ordinary Indian businesses.

The software sold to these businesses was always built somewhere far away — English-only, priced in dollars or heavy commissions, and impossible to get support for. So we started building our own. First came Krishna AI, a WhatsApp automation engine, because WhatsApp is where Indian business actually happens. Then, one by one, we built the products our own customers kept asking for: a QR menu for the restaurant next door, a review QR for the salon down the road, an ISP panel for the cable operator who was tired of WinBox, event passes for temple trusts, an online tools bundle, and forensic CCTV analysis for investigators.

Every product follows the same rules we live by in the shop: speak Gujarati as well as English, charge a fair fixed price instead of commissions, run on affordable shared hosting, and answer support questions personally on WhatsApp. That is the whole philosophy — software built by a shop that has to look its customers in the eye.
