What is RSVP Management?
RSVP management is systematically collecting and tracking who will attend an event. Instead of phoning every invitee, the organiser sends a digital invitation — commonly on WhatsApp — with a response link or buttons; the system logs each yes, no or maybe against the guest list, sends polite reminders to non-responders, and produces a live count of expected attendance.
Accurate RSVP numbers translate directly into money at Indian functions, where catering is billed per plate: knowing 380 of 500 invitees are coming saves the cost of 120 uneaten plates, often ₹300 to ₹800 each. Confirmed guests can automatically receive their QR pass, chaining RSVP into check-in. Organisers also learn who ignored two reminders — historically the group most likely to arrive unannounced with family.
