Products and pricing
Product features, plans and prices shown on this website are indicative and may change; the price and plan that apply to you are the ones confirmed at the time of purchase on the product's own website or in writing on WhatsApp. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. We charge simple fixed or yearly fees — we do not take per-order commissions.
Trials, payments and refunds
Where a free trial or free tier is offered, no payment details are needed to try it. Paid plans activate on payment confirmation (UPI, cards or bank transfer). If a paid product does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused portion of your plan — talk to us on WhatsApp first; we solve almost everything there.
Support
Support is provided directly on WhatsApp and phone, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–20:00 IST, in Gujarati, Hindi and English. We aim to respond within minutes during these hours and by the next working day otherwise.
Fair use and responsibility
Our tools must be used lawfully — for example, WhatsApp messaging must respect recipients' consent and applicable rules, and CCTV analysis tools must be used by authorised persons only. You are responsible for the content you send and the data you process using our products. We may suspend accounts engaged in spam or unlawful use.
Limitation of liability
We build carefully and run on reliable infrastructure, but no software is perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AK Computer's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Jamnagar / Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
