Cable Operators: Add Broadband with MikroTik Management

Cable TV operators across Gujarat and Maharashtra are watching their core business shrink every year as households shift to fibre bundles and OTT apps. Yet the same operators sit on the most valuable asset in local broadband: last-mile access to 500-2,000 homes, existing pole permissions, and a monthly collection relationship customers already trust. Many have tried adding internet — bought an OLT, pulled fibre alongside the coax — and then hit the wall that kills most attempts: managing MikroTik routers, user accounts and bandwidth plans needs skills a cable operator never needed for TV. The result is either an expensive dependency on a visiting network engineer at ₹1,000-₹1,500 per call, or a half-working network that generates more complaints than the TV business ever did.

Krishna WiFi is the missing operations layer. The operator's MikroTik routers — core and area distribution — are onboarded through a 5-step wizard whose 13-point validation checks everything from API access to NAT and DNS, so the network comes up correctly the first time.
