Wedding Season & Reception Dinners

The full picture

A Gujarat wedding caterer sells twice: first to the family booking the event, then — invisibly — to five hundred guests whose verdict on the jaman decides the next ten bookings. Both sales run on the menu, and both are handled with tools from another era. The booking conversation happens over a dog-eared file of typed menu lists — "Package A, Package B" — where the family cannot picture the live counters or the Kathiyawadi section, and negotiating swaps means scribbles in margins. At the event itself, guests wander a maze of thirty counters asking waiters "aa su che?", miss the live jalebi station tucked behind the mandap, and the family later hears "khavanu saru hatu, pan mane khabar nahoti ke pasta counter pan hato" — the caterer's best work, unseen.

Krishna Menu digitises both moments. For bookings, your packages become a polished digital menu with photos — the paneer angara as it actually looks on your counter, the live chaat station in action — that you share as a link on WhatsApp the moment an enquiry comes. Families browsing a photo menu at home, showing it to grandparents, comparing Package B against C item by item, close faster and upgrade more often, because photographs sell a ₹150-per-plate upgrade in a way a typed list never has. Building it is an afternoon's work: photograph your existing package sheets, let the AI import structure every item, then attach photos from events you have already catered. Menu changes per client — the Jain version, the no-onion-garlic section for the swaminarayan side of the family — are copies edited in minutes, not retyped documents.

At the event, elegant QR standees at the entrance and dining area open the evening's full menu: every counter listed with location — "Live Pasta — near stage left", "Kathiyawadi — beside mandap" — with Jain and swaminarayan items clearly marked, in Gujarati and English for mixed guest lists. Guests stop asking waiters and start exploring; the tucked-away counters finally get their traffic; elderly guests find the fariyali section without a search party. The standee itself carries your brand — caterer name and booking number at the bottom — turning five hundred guests into five hundred people who know exactly whom to call for their daughter's wedding. At ₹999 to ₹4,999 a year covering unlimited events, one season's single extra booking sourced from a standee pays for a decade of the software.

What you get

Photo packages that close bookings

Families compare packages with real photos of your counters on WhatsApp at home — closing faster and upgrading plates more often than any typed list achieves.

Per-client menu copies in minutes

Duplicate a package and edit it for each wedding — Jain versions, no-onion-garlic sections, custom counters — without retyping a single document.

QR standees guide five hundred guests

The evening's menu with counter locations means guests find the live jalebi station and pasta counter themselves — your best work finally gets seen.

Jain and fariyali marking

Clear labels for Jain, swaminarayan and fasting-friendly items serve Gujarat's mixed wedding crowds without guests interrogating waiters dish by dish.

Your brand on every table

Standees carry your caterer name and number, converting a well-fed crowd of five hundred into your next season's enquiry list.

Unlimited events, flat yearly cost

Plans from ₹999 to ₹4,999 per year cover every wedding you cater — one extra booking sourced from a standee repays years of it.

Common questions

Will wedding guests really scan a QR at a function?

They already scan QRs daily for UPI, and at a wedding the motivation is strong: five hundred hungry people facing thirty counters want to know what is where. Standees at the entrance and on dining tables get scanned steadily through the evening, especially by younger guests who then guide their tables. Even if only a third of guests scan, counter discovery changes visibly — caterers report the far-corner live counters drawing crowds they never previously got, which is exactly the showcase a caterer wants.

Every wedding has a different menu. Is the per-event setup heavy?

It is deliberately light. Your master packages live in the system once; for each booking you duplicate the closest package and edit — add the client's chosen counters, switch the sweet, mark the Jain section. Ten to fifteen minutes covers most weddings. The QR standees are reusable designs with the event menu linked fresh each time. Caterers handling a dozen events across a December-to-February season find the per-event work smaller than printing table cards used to be.

How does this actually bring me new bookings?

Two ways, both measurable. First, enquiry conversion: a family that receives a photo menu link on WhatsApp within minutes of calling perceives a professional operation, and visual packages close upgrades a typed list cannot. Second, the standees: your name and number sit on every table in front of five hundred guests at your best-performing moment — dinner. Guests photograph menus they liked. When their own function comes, the caterer whose jaman they remember is one saved photo away.
