What is Mesh WiFi?
Mesh WiFi is a system of multiple access points ("nodes") that cooperate to blanket a large area with one seamless network — one name, one password, and automatic handover as you walk around. Unlike a repeater, which crudely rebroadcasts and halves speed, mesh nodes coordinate routing between themselves, and devices connect to whichever node currently offers the best signal.
Mesh suits Indian homes and businesses where one router cannot cover concrete multi-floor construction: a three-node kit covering a bungalow costs roughly ₹8,000 to ₹25,000. Hotels, hostels and resorts use enterprise mesh or controller-managed access points for the same effect at scale, often combined with a hotspot portal so guests log in once and roam everywhere. Wired backhaul between nodes, where possible, keeps speeds highest.
