Overview

What is Krishna Cloud TV?

Walk through any temple, hotel, hospital, school or restaurant and you will find TVs — showing a dusty slideshow from a pen drive, a cable channel nobody chose, or nothing at all. Krishna Cloud TV Management turns every one of those screens into a living notice board you control from your phone or computer: live darshan on the temple screens, today's menu in the restaurant, token numbers in the clinic waiting area, timetables in the school corridor, offers in the showroom — changed in seconds, on one screen, one floor, or every screen of every branch at once. Adding a TV is as simple as the rest of it: the TV shows a QR code, you scan it with your phone, choose the screen, and it is live. No typing with the TV remote, no technician, no cables to change.

The content side is where it shines. Upload photos and videos (auto-resized for the TV), play YouTube, live streams (HLS/RTSP/DASH with automatic reconnect), web pages and drag-and-drop playlists; split a screen into up to 6 zones so video, menu, ticker and clock share one display; design slides with ready-made templates or turn a PDF into slides. On top sit 24 ready-made display apps — menu board with veg/non-veg marks and a sold-out switch, token queue with chime and voice call, notice board, offers with countdown, class timetable, KPI dashboard from a live Google Sheet, gold and silver rates, cricket scores, panchang and choghadiya (works offline), festival countdown, birthday wall, Google reviews, UPI/WiFi QR codes and more — each filled in with a simple form, dressed in one of 12 festive themes. Scheduling handles the rest: morning, afternoon and evening content by dayparting, a drag-and-drop calendar, start and expiry dates so offers remove themselves, holiday calendars, and power schedules that switch TVs off at night to save electricity.

It is built for serious, multi-branch use. Every screen reports online status, health warnings (storage, memory, temperature, weak Wi-Fi), screenshots and live view; remote control covers restart, volume, input and screen on/off; and the TV app updates itself silently. Emergency broadcast puts a full-screen alert with a siren on every screen in one click — even on a muted TV — while text-to-speech speaks typed announcements through the speakers. Video walls up to 4×4, synchronized playback, proof-of-play reports (CSV), sponsor campaigns with impression reports and an ad marketplace where local businesses book your screens turn signage into income. Teams get ready-made and custom roles with per-user screen access and content approval, the panel installs on your phone as an app with push alerts, and everything — panel and TV screens — speaks English, ગુજરાતી and हिन्दी. It runs on the TVs you already have: Android TV and boxes (5.0+), Fire TV Stick, any Smart-TV browser, PC or Raspberry Pi, with offline playback when the internet drops. Plans are per screen per month, from ₹99.

Features

Everything Krishna Cloud TV does for you

QR Pairing & Full Remote Control

The TV shows a QR code — scan it with your phone and the screen is paired, no typing with the remote. From then on you can restart it, clear cache, change volume and input, switch it on or off, and see screenshots or a live view from anywhere.

24 Ready-Made Display Apps

Menu boards, token queues, notice boards, offers with countdown, timetables, KPI dashboards, Google Sheets as live tables, gold/silver rates, cricket scores, panchang, festival countdowns, birthday walls, Google reviews and UPI/Wi-Fi QR codes — fill a simple form and the TV shows a beautiful live screen, with 12 festive themes included.

Every Kind of Content

Photos and videos (auto-resized), YouTube, live streams (HLS/RTSP/DASH with auto-reconnect), full-screen web pages, drag-and-drop playlists, a slide designer with templates, PDF-to-slides import, and a scrolling ticker bar — per screen, per group, or everywhere.

Split Screen & 4×4 Video Walls

Divide one screen into up to 6 zones — video, menu, ticker and clock together — or join up to 16 screens into one giant synchronized picture. Playlists can also play in sync across several screens for a coordinated look.

Scheduling That Runs Itself

Dayparting shows breakfast, lunch and dinner content automatically; offers carry start and expiry dates so they appear and disappear on their own; a drag-and-drop calendar shows everything planned; holiday calendars and timed power schedules switch screens off at night to save electricity.

Emergency Broadcast & Announcements

One click puts a full-screen alert on all or chosen screens instantly, with a siren or fire alarm that keeps ringing until you stop it — even on a muted TV. Type a text and the TV speaks it aloud (text-to-speech), now or at a scheduled time, with chimes for new notices.

TV Health & Auto-Updates

Warnings for low storage, memory, temperature and weak Wi-Fi arrive before something fails, and new TV app versions install silently — no site visits. You see every screen's status, uptime and even electricity use from your phone.

Proof of Play, Sponsors & Ad Marketplace

Reports show exactly what played on which screen and how often (CSV and print) — the proof sponsors demand. Run sponsor campaigns inside playlists with impression reports, or list your screens on the ad marketplace and earn a share when local businesses book them.

Teams, Roles & Approval

Ready-made Admin, Manager, Staff and Reception roles, custom roles with chosen permissions, per-user screen access, and content approval so staff uploads wait for a manager. The panel installs on your phone like an app, with push alerts when a screen goes offline.

English, ગુજરાતી અને हिन्दी

The admin panel and the TV screens work in all three languages, with Gujarati and Hindi fonts built into the TV app so text always renders correctly. Each user picks their own language.

Works on Your TVs — Even Offline

Android TVs and boxes (5.0+), Fire TV Stick and Cube, Smart-TV browsers (Samsung, LG), PCs and Raspberry Pi — and a cheap Android box turns any HDMI TV into a smart screen. Content is saved on the TV, so it keeps playing when the internet drops, with HDMI-CEC power control and even a USB mode.

How it works

From sign-up to results in four steps

  1. Install the TV App

Install the app on the Android TV, box or Fire TV Stick — or open the web player on any Smart-TV browser, PC or Raspberry Pi.

  2. Scan the QR Code

The TV shows a QR code. Scan it with your phone, choose the screen, and it is paired — no typing with the TV remote.

  3. Add Your Content

Upload photos and videos, pick one of the 24 display apps or a ready-made template, and arrange playlists by drag-and-drop.

  4. Schedule

Choose which screens show what, and when — dayparting, start/expiry dates, holidays and night-time power-off all run on their own.

  5. Relax & Monitor

See every screen's status, screenshots, health warnings and proof-of-play reports from your phone, with push alerts if a screen goes offline.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do the TVs need internet all the time?

No. Internet is needed to receive new content, but the TV saves everything — images, videos, playlists — in its own memory and keeps playing even when the connection drops. When the internet returns, the screen updates itself automatically. There is even a USB drive mode for screens with no connectivity at all. For live streams like darshan, the player reconnects automatically the moment the stream is reachable again.

My TV is not a smart TV. Can I still use this?

Yes. Connect a low-cost Android box or a Fire TV Stick to the HDMI port and any TV with HDMI becomes a managed smart screen — including HDMI-CEC control, so the box can switch the TV on and off by schedule. Smart TVs from Samsung and LG can use the web player in their built-in browser, and PCs or Raspberry Pi work the same way. Even older Android TVs are supported, with built-in security certificates and a clock fix so QR setup works on them too.

How is this different from just plugging in a pen drive?

A pen drive is frozen the moment you walk away. Krishna Cloud TV is live: change a price and every menu board updates in seconds; a token number advances with a chime and voice call; an offer expires on its own date; an emergency alert with a siren reaches every screen in one click. Add remote monitoring (screenshots, health warnings, uptime), scheduling, roles and proof-of-play reports, and you have an operations tool — not a slideshow. For multi-branch businesses, that difference is the whole product.

Can my screens earn money?

Yes, two ways. Sponsor campaigns let you sell slots inside your playlists — a local brand's ad plays between your content, and impression reports prove exactly how often it ran. The ad marketplace goes further: local businesses book time on your screens through the platform and you earn a share of every booking. A waiting-area TV in a busy clinic or a row of screens in a restaurant can quietly become a small advertising business on top of doing its day job.

Is my data safe, and can staff break things?

Each business's data is fully separated from every other business on the platform, connections are encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are stored safely, and automatic backups are taken before updates. On the people side, ready-made and custom roles give each user only the rights you choose, per-user screen access limits them to their own floors or branches, content approval holds staff uploads until a manager approves, and an audit log records every change — so you always know who did what, when.
